Yay finally went back to SPCA today ^^ after like 2months >< nice thing is the people at SPCA actually texted me to ask how I am and asked me to come back haha!!

Well, my favourite dog Mona wasn't there today :( guess she moved inside where I can't go in ><

Anyways I'm beat haha cleaned all the back cages solo today and had help from the others who started streaming in later for the front cages.

Well so today I played with senior dogs soooo cute and haiz so sad they have to be at SPCA cause they are old and have illnesses :(

Oh well...don't ever give your dog away man :( I mean you forged such a long relationship with them they are just as adorable when they are old (:

My Little Pony!!

Hehe well so today went out with family and I finally finally found Princess Celestia!!! She's the white pony with the tiara, wings and super long legs ^^ Manz I was so happy hehe

And got Lyra Heartstrings from this Mystery Box thingy which you just buy from a box and you have no idea which pony is in there. Didn't know how lucky I was but Lyra was one of my first favourite ponies so hehe was really happy ^^ 

Ahhh I'm definitely gonna get one of those Mystery Box ponies again very soon xP hopefully I won't get a double!

Manz I really hope I can get one of them during my birthday ><

Yup so send him off to India today at T2.
I'm proud that he's finally off to be part of God's work, to just have an experience of going to a mission trip. But really...he's going to India :( Such a dangerous place for girls and probably for a guy too>< Really makes me worry and my parents too after they heard it D:

But, I prayed for him today over lunch and I know that God will protect him and the entire team. Manz I know I teared up while he went (it's only a week) but still....sending loved ones off overseas really ain't easy >< I get too emotional sometimes LOL

Though, gonna see him really soon after that! Hope he has a fruitful time there :D

Christmas 2013!

Well Christmas is always the holiday that I look forward to every year :D

New clothes, celebrations in church, dinner at aunt's place, presents, gatherings with friends and loved ones is always a joy ^^ Not to say just knowing that Jesus actually came down to this sinful world because He loved us this much is so nice (:

Well, this Christmas did the same thing though the skit in our church was like woahhhhh haha! and of course was having a fever, sore throat and cough after coming back on the 23rd after Batam >< But that didn't spoil the Christmas mood ^^

Have been talking about it like since forever and realised I've been wanting the shirt ever since it came out in July.

Nex! (First time haha ><")

And of course I couldn't wait to see my dear again after my Geography trip ^^ so yayy met up today at Tampines after his drum lesson. Originally decided to have lunch there but cause I don't like Tampines and yea being the sweet dear he is, he got me on a bus and did not tell me where we're going.

Until....yay he bought us to Nex! Ok yea honestly heard many people talk about it but LOL kinda the first time I've been there >< but really we walked to every single food stall there is and finally settled on eating pizza hut. (Had lunch at 3 p.m ><") Kinda unhealthy but I'm glad my dear finally started exercising hahaha!!

Lunch was scrumptious with such a good conversation and really laughter is great ^^

So yea walked into almost every single random shop there, played with piano and drum pads, saw cuuuuuute doggies at the pet shop and had a long bus tide home ^^ 

lalala~ nothing ever seemed too boring with him anyways haha! ❤❤❤

So yea great day today, and we both have mission trainings tomorrow! 

Well gonna exercise first! :D

Geography Brisbane trip!

Ok I seriously have no idea how am I gonna blog about this entire trip. Firstly cause I'm having hand cramp from writing Christmas cards, and Secondly no one really reads this blog sooo I'll just explain my whole trip face to face to anyone who's interested hahaha!!

But to sum it all up, living amongst wild animals in the forest with compost toilets, solar power, and rain water is really not that bad :D and not to say bush walking, roasting marshmallows on tree branches (the traditional way), looking at mountains, river studies, volcano studies, waterfalls, glow worms and stuff are really interesting.

This trip was far better than I expected and GEOGRAPHY IS AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! ^^ 

Now time to spam pictures!! Hahaha!!

Brisbane here I come!

Wheee just finished packing!
Can't wait to go to fly off tomorrow (: but at the same time no matter how short a time I'll be away, I'm still gonna miss people ><
Well the itenary seems fun enough xP First day is urban Geog so will be staying in the city area for a day. And then off to Numinbah Valley Educational Centre for River study, exploring caves (looking at glow worms), bush walk, bush-cooking, campfire, BBQ. Gosh seems so fun packed and INTERESTING!!

Guess what I chose this over choir competition in Bangkok and it was a good choice indeed...because choir trip last minute cancelled cause Bangkok having riots ><
Well, I'm really excited hehe GEOGRAPHY!! xD

Gonna take a lot of photos! Hope my phone doesn't die so quickly >< and of course buy stuff back xP
Manz doubt there would be wifi there...so, gonna miss talking to my sweet dear haha! ><
Well, December's gonna be a pretty busy month for both of us >< Mission trips and all, and when I come back to Singapore then he's flying off ><

Gonna be looking forward to coming back to Singapore as well to my home and loved ones hehe ><

Frozen!!

LET IT GO, LET IT GO, CAN'T HOLD IT BACK ANYMOREEEEE!

Had such a lovely time yesterday with my dear watching Frozen at The Cathay!!

Haha so glad he actually suggested to watch it cause I wanted it so much xP

Gosh it was such a cute/pretty/funny/song filled Disney show ^^ Enjoyed it sooo much I'm gonna get the DVD when it comes out!!

Haha both of us were like giggling and smiling when they showed Anna and Elsa when they were cute children xP

Well not to say we finally satisfied darling's craving for Astons after not eating it for quite a while. And just walked a little and then went home ^^ 

Haha thought it's only for a week, I just wished he was there with me at Brisbane exploring caves, campfire, and doing bush cooking together ><

haha well can't wait to go trekking together someday? 

Ok main thing is Frozen was an awesome show, even guys enjoyed it eh! :D

Camp!!!

Yayy so finally broke camp yesterday at about 8 plus. 

Manz it was just a camp with super super many first time experiences like planning a whole camp, being a co camp commandant, stepping up, being a worship leader, planning worship, singing. Nervousness were there but now it really all paid off.

I don't think I can type everything out here cause it was just too much ><

Well, 1st day during laser tag at Bishan it started drizzling once we were there and then pouring :( so we went back to church but guess what sounds of guns were so much more clear, cool lights on the guns also so clearly seen compared to being outdoors! :D not to say when we turned off the lights, playing laser tag in church was cool enough ^^

And then like wasting church fund by buying a whole box of pens we thought were useless turned out to be something we needed for a game! 

So during campfire (which we planned so much and hopesd so much for in 10 years since our church had a campfire) a downpour came and Ryan, Siling and I all came together with the others to just pray and pray and pray. But since it was late we started of with the campfire programme first! Guess what after the group skits were done, RAIN WAS GONE about an hour plus later!

And because we planned to light up the campfire with a fireball, the fireball looked amazing at 8 instead of the initial timing at 6.30!

truly truly these little things were all God's work. Not to say so many doubts that groups were unable to bond in just 36hours vanished since day 1 when all the group leaders told me and Ryan that their groups were gelling together well ^^

Can't thank the Lord enough for seeing me through this camp and just glorifying His name in the process (:

After such a long time of planning and everything, tomorrow's the big day!

Ready for Laser Tag, awesome

Night games with sparklers, glowing bottles and glow sticks, sports games, and the forst ever campfire in our church just to end of the final youth service of the year.

Not to say first time being a worship leader and playing for service too on Saturday. 

Manz can't wait for everything to start. Of course being nervous about so many things but am gonna pray to God tonight for everything. No rain no rain no rain!!!

Tired but not drained

Yup came back from a whole afternoon of planning for P6 camp...so tired...
And of course learning how to plan worships for both Batam and the camp.
Scary stuff uhs haha, but a good first experience ba (:

This whole week has been well I would say a really busy and almost draining week...
with unnecessary quarrels, plannings, outings, more plannings, my dear being sick
Just need my rest.
Well I'm not drained haha...seeking God's help in so many things even now I have to write down my prayers cause I keep forgetting them.

Feeling kinda down now though...maybe just tired haha.
Maybe after much talking to different friends these few weeks personally...realised the different struggles they face with or without God. Some..I wouldn't even expect things would happen like this.
Haish...sometimes have this huge burden just to really tell them do much more...about my past, my stories everything...just don't have the words
Mostly all about parents...family...I don't know haha

Not everyone know about this anyways...only tell to those I want to tell...if not I won't say much..
thinking about 3 years...that's what all the doctors said that my mum will only live for another 3 years even after her chemo..seriously?
Don't wanna believe that at all...gonna pray and pray for a miracle, and faith is really all it takes...

haha and bought a box to specially put all my darling's letters and precious things into it
rummaging through all the letters and started reading through them and started crying for who knows what insane reason lol.
Is it bad? That I get so much more emotional as I grow older? lol
But seriously the sweetest words and how his actions and love has improved and grown so much more for me.

Well, I better go get some rest now.

Plannings...Thoughts...anything else random

Well, have been busy with Plannings for P6 camp and Batam stuff this month/ these few weeks.
Kinda glad how I'm spending my holidays so far. Went out with family and mum quite a couple of times, gonna watch movie with sis too soon next week, met up with my dear couple of times, got baptised, going to geography trip and Batam missions.
And of course, baked a couple of yummy goodies, exercise (now doing intervals which are really fun), went for tuition, etc. etc.

Quite meaningful ah so far (: Manz this year is gonna end soon, can't wait for Christmas though ^^

Well, have so many random thoughts now. Like Ben is going to India for missions...of all countries he chose India (or his cell leader chose it for him)...I mean India is like quite an unsafe place for girls maybe not so much for guys but still.....
Haish going for missions is being part of God's work, glorifying His name I trust God will take good care of him. But honestly, I still worry for him :(((
Plus he's not gonna be in Singapore during New Year's day....haha I think I'm weird getting all sad over this.
Dec is gonna be such a busy month for me.....when I'm not in Singapore he is, once I come back, my dear will be gone in two days time...HAISH :(((
Well, at least Jan I'll be pretty free, can't wait to see him after that haha.
Manz gonna pray many many for him.

Another random thought, what is going to happen to me? New subject combi, new friends, new everything again in school. Only thing that can comfort me right now is that I'll still have my friends, my family, my dear to support me, and God who will be with me throughout everything.
Haha honestly I'm excited to learn so much more about Geography, after reading Lit texts they are also interesting :D and Econs well I hope I won't drown like a lot of people always speculate about LOL.

And another thought, what is gonna happen to my mum?
I mean even after a chemo and her cancer is now stabalised...she still has this growth and she's taking all these many many supplements and high dose of vitamin C which leaves her with a high fever everytime the course comes.....sad uhs see this kinda stuff and cant do much about it...

Pray uhs that's the only hope when these kinda stuff happens. Slowly ah that's what Ben always say.
Yea lol I always so anxious sometimes (most of the times).


Haha well, enough of sad stuff I guess. Just last week my junior asked me again why am I always so optimistic..haha nice to hear that form people really (:
Seriously anything and everything can make you happy, but real happiness comes when God is in you, you dwell in Him and with that love that overwhelms it, you spread it to those around you as well.

Oh speaking about love...maybe I'm still young or something...but it's really wonderful to realise how I feel about Ben...really love him, how I slowly come to realise true love from my parents and of course the agape love of God. Manz....it's sooooo nice uhs ><
Soo ever since I felt this kinda real love, I can't really bring myself to use the word love on anything else haha (weird? But it's true)

Oreo Chocolate cupcakes!

Hehe ^^ yup so I baked again today!

Chocolate Oreo Cupcakes with oreo cookie base! (Not the crumbs but the cookie itself!)

Was so afraid because the batter turned out less thick then I expected it to be >< and i substituted vegetable oil with healthier olive oil. And it tasted AWESOME!!! So good that even my mum couldn't resist but have a bite xP

And my dad wants to eat it for breakfast tomorrow even though he doesn't like sweets.

Manz it's awesome really to have SUCCESS in baking after all the mixing, measuring etc. and the best part seeing people smile and says the cupcakes taste good :D

Well, gonna use this recipe to bake a mini mini cake for my dear too! Haha!

Day out ^^

Today was a good day ^^

Met up with my Darling and Lucas for lunch and then to study a bit after that. blah blah mingled around and then took long walks with my sweet dear too ^^

And then met up with Wei Liang and Gabriel for dinner! Haha omgosh seriously Wei Liang is really funny..

And yay passed the cookies I baked to my Dear too to spur him on for studies (although he's doing really well already haha!)

It was all musical notes/guitar/treble clef ^^

Baptism! 17 November

Well I should have posted this a few days ago. But anyways Sunday was a really beautiful day (: BIGGEST DAY EVER! Haha i really felt like I was getting married to God or something.

It was happiness to see my really special friends who woke up earlier just to see me (: Berek and Chryston ^^ (haish if Belle could make it...)

And of course my dear Ben. ❤

Thank you for being there guys, believe it or not you have made an impact to my life one way or another because you three were in my testimonial and i'm still telling people about all of you! ^^

I felt so happy really with my friends, cellmates and family there and I'll never forget 17 November. Important milestone of my life :D

Hehe got a really pretty cross necklace from my parents too ^^ (made of white gold they said :O )

Can't wait to get my certificate next week too! :D
